Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard or this page. Note that we only allow upgrades to higher plans.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade to a higher plan (e.g., Basic → Pro), changes take effect immediately. You'll be charged the price difference (prorated) right away, and you'll immediately receive the additional credits and benefits of the new plan.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Downgrades are not available through self-service. If you need to downgrade, please contact our support team and we'll assist you.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Contact support for refund requests.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period.
How does switching between monthly and yearly billing work?
Switching from monthly to yearly billing (for the same or higher plan) is treated as an upgrade - you'll be charged immediately. Switching from yearly to monthly is not allowed as it would be a downgrade.
